In this private session, you’ll meet with Bria, an Active Aging Specialist, Registered Personal Trainer, and Diet & Nutrition Coach*, to explore your current health baseline and uncover the most meaningful opportunities to support your strength, bone health, mobility, and long-term vitality.

Together, you’ll:

  • Identify what’s holding you back

  • Learn where to focus first — without overwhelm

Following your session, you’ll receive a personalized written Longevity Snapshot, outlining:

  • Your current health and wellness status

  • Immediate actions to improve how you feel and move

  • Clear, realistic goals for the next 2–4 months

This reading is designed specifically for women 40+ who want clarity, confidence, and a thoughtful starting point — not a generic plan.

You’ll leave knowing your top three priority actions to begin building strength, supporting bone health, and moving forward with intention.

Meet your guide — here’s exactly how your
360 Vitality Reading works.

Your 360 Vitality Reading is a calm, supportive 30-45 minute session with a Registered Personal Trainer and Active Aging Coach who understands a woman's body in her 40s, 50s and onward — inside and out.

​This is your first step into clarity: understanding what your body is asking for, what needs attention now, and how to move forward safely and confidently toward long-term wellbeing.

​

After booking your Reading, you’ll meet privately with your trainer and coach, Bria, on Zoom. Bria will guide you through a few simple movements and thoughtful discussion points to create a personalized snapshot of your current baseline — and where to begin.

​

Following your session, you’ll receive:

  • Your written 360 Vitality Baseline

  • Clear focus areas for mobility, balance, strength and other elements such as diet, micro and macro nutrients, and tips on how to work towards some clear and achievable goals.

  • Personalized next steps you can practice daily, with confidence

Everything is designed to feel safe, supported, and approachable — with a focus on functional movement that helps your body transition naturally toward strength training at the right pace, when you’re ready.
